T.R. Cook

T.R. Cook’s practice focuses on helping claimants in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases, as well as general civil litigation. Prior to joining Chesnutt and Clemmons, T.R. practiced workers’ compensation at two large defense firms in Atlanta, GA, representing employers and insurance companies throughout the state. In that capacity, he was able to gain valuable insight into the ins and outs of how insurance companies evaluate and handle claims.  These days, he puts that knowledge to use by representing injured workers and others throughout eastern North Carolina.  T.R. began his legal career as a criminal defense attorney, representing clients accused of crimes throughout Georgia in State, Superior, and Federal courts.  T.R. is a member of both the North Carolina and Georgia Bar Associations.

During his downtime, T.R. enjoys the mountains, beach, visiting his family, and traveling with his wife.
