Parker Chesnutt Honeycutt

Parker Chesnutt Honeycutt is an attorney that joined Chesnutt & Clemmons full time in November 2021. But from her days as a baby napping in the conference room across the hall, she has “grown up” around this office and the practice of law.

Prior to Chesnutt & Clemmons, for over 10 years Parker was a corporate attorney in the Raleigh area working for a global business with nearly 40 subsidiaries worldwide. Most recently she held the role of the company’s Chief Legal Counsel. In that role she served as head of global legal operations, compliance, and privacy, and also served as the company’s corporate secretary. She was also responsible for the company’s legal strategy and daily operations of the legal department, global clinical contracts group, corporate transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and oversight and direction of the legal aspects of the company’s successful merger in 2021.

Parker earned her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in North Carolina. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina. She was named Corporate Counsel of the Year 2015, Rising Star, by the Triangle Business Journal.

When not in the office, she enjoys wakeboarding, playing tennis and spending time with her husband, daughter, and their dogs, as well as her family and friends.
